ABOUT

FROM CRIMINALS TO CREATORS
HPCAV has created a deterrence strategy to take High Point's most involved and dangerous criminals off the streets and into a fruitful life with an honest income.
Although the romanticization of serial killers are what take the forefront of true crime in pop culture in 2019, Jim Summey and his team at HPCAV give incredible insight to those who don't make the news, podcasts or documentaries. Oddly enough, they are the ones who's character development isn't a tale of gore or nationwide scandal, but of reincarnation.
